Wills
No matter what age you are, by making a Will you are ensuring that your family and loved ones are provided for after your death. We at Saunders Roberts provide an efficient Will making service whether your affairs are straightforward or complex and can guide you through the many difficult decisions which may arise when considering your affairs in a sympathetic and professional manner.
By making a Will, you are making sure that the people you want to benefit from your estate do so. Without a Will, there are rules which determine who will inherit and they are not always as you might expect. You can also ensure that guardians are appointed for your children and it gives you the opportunity to have your say in respect of other matters as, after all, no one can speak for you after you have gone.
We advise private individuals, trustees and executors. In addition, we are always willing to be appointed executors and trustees when the need arises.
We are able to visit you at home to discuss your Will if you are unable to call in and see us.
Probate
When someone dies, it may be necessary to obtain a Grant of Probate. It is a difficult time already without the worry of the legal process and we are here to make this process as simple and painless as possible.
We can advise Executors and family members on the best way to deal with a loved one’s affairs on death and are always approachable and understanding. |
