Advising the Elderly

As you get older, it is a comfort to know that your affairs are in order. We, at Saunders Roberts, are not only able to assist you with making a Will, but can also advise you on arranging your affairs so that should you become unable to manage things for yourself, you have a duly appointed family member or close friend who can deal with things on your behalf.

Enduring & Lasting Powers of Attorney

We can ensure that the proper legal documentation is drawn up so that should you become unable to deal with your finances, or have specific requests about your future care, your close friends and family are aware of your wishes and can deal with things for you.

We can advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and can also advise on the registration of Enduring Powers and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

For more information, why not send us a quick online message or give us a call?

Court of Protection

We can also advise you on what you can do if you think someone you know is having difficulty making decisions for themselves in respect of their affairs. It may be wise for someone to be appointed by the Court to enable the affairs of that person to be properly managed.

Please contact Jas Kaur for more information.
